This prokinetic formula was designed to activate the serotonergic AND cholinergic receptors as a means to stimulate the migrating motor complex. Best used with IBS, SIBO, methane overgrowth. The daily dosing is the minimum. Talk to your practitioner about the best dose for you.

If you cannot do Huperzine or increases in choline (check your tolerance to choline ahead of time) let us know and the huperzine can be removed.

If you cannot do increases in serotonin (due to MAO or SIRT snps, or use of serotonergic medication) let us know and the 5HTP can be removed. Contraindicated for those on SSRI’s.

Uses DGL Licorice to stimulate motilin. DGL avoids potassium depletion with unprocessed licorice. If you cannot tolerate DGL licorice let us know.
